If there is a SIM card malfunction in your device, please request a new SIM card by specifying the Device ID information (you can check where to find the Device ID) through our website or Sercair.App. Insert the new SIM card into the SIM card slot located under the filter and scent replacement cover. When you turn on your device, it will start working after a waiting period of approximately 3 minutes. Your device should be turned off during the SIM card replacement.
In some special weather conditions or in case of natural gas or toxic gas leaks, your device provides you with the information that opening a window is suitable to regulate indoor air quality more quickly and economically, in the form of an 'Open Window' alarm. In this situation, it is recommended to open one of the windows in the room. Even if the window is not opened, Sercair will continue to regulate indoor air quality.
If your device starts giving a carbon monoxide gas alarm, open all doors, windows, and ventilation to allow the carbon monoxide gas inside to escape. Contact the authorized personnel. Make sure all gas sources in the environment are checked and turned off. Ensure that everyone in the environment leaves the area. If anyone is experiencing symptoms such as dizziness, headache, or nausea due to carbon monoxide poisoning, immediately take them to the nearest healthcare facility. Identify the source of the carbon monoxide gas and resolve the issue immediately.
In the case of a fan malfunction, the device will continue to operate by disabling the affected fan. However, this may prevent the operation of certain units such as the dehumidifier and humidifier. Please create a service request through Sercair.App and have the necessary corrections made.
