Return Policy

Section 1

Sercair.com customers can request a full refund by returning the products they purchased from the sercair.com website within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date using their withdrawal rights.

To be eligible for a full refund, the products must be returned under the following conditions:

- Not damaged in any way- In the original box and packaging- All documents complete (Original invoice, shipping label, etc.)- All package contents such as accessories, user manual, etc., intact- Accompanied by a note explaining the reason for the return

Pay attention to the following points:

Customer responsibilities:

- To ensure the secure delivery of the product to sercair.com, write the correct and complete address (for parcels with only address information without the company name on the label)

- Secure and sturdy packaging of the product, and insuring the full selling price of the product during shipment.

Sercair.com cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages and products.

In addition, Sercair.com is not responsible for the shipping fees of the returned products. The shipping cost of the returned products is to be covered by the buyer.

Section 3

Returns will be processed by Sercair.com as quickly as possible. Allow 7-10 business days after the product reaches Sercair.com for your refund to be processed. After the product arrives and is inspected, Sercair.com will contact you by phone and/or email to inform you that the product has been received. In case of any issues or questions regarding the condition of the returned product, we will inform you after the review.

Section 4

Products that do not comply with the Return and Exchange Conditions (Refer to Section 1) will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer's address. To avoid damaging the original, labeled package of the seller, the buyer must place the returned product in a different box for shipment. Please do not write on or attach labels to the seller's original package. In cases of bulk orders, if the products are not sent in an outer box, this requirement does not apply.

However, in this case, do not write on or mark the original package except for attaching the return shipping label.

Returned products after 14 days will not be accepted unless expressly approved by Sercair.com management. Sercair.com will do its best, especially in special cases such as products with gift characteristics, to prevent its customers from experiencing dissatisfaction. However, Sercair.com reserves the right not to accept returns after the 14-day period.

Section 5

In the event of an unusually faulty product shipment from Sercair.com, please contact us by phone or email. We will initiate the necessary procedures to pick up the product from your address and send the correct products to your address as soon as the incorrectly sent product reaches us. In cases where Sercair.com is at fault, the customer will not be required to pay any shipping fees.

Section 6

If you have received a product that you believe is defective, please contact Sercair.com immediately with evidence showing the error (such as photos, videos, etc.). We will initiate the necessary procedures for the return of the products as soon as possible. If it is found to be defective,

If the product was sent for a refund, the standard return policy (Section 1) will apply.

Section 7

Regardless of the reason for the return, the customer is always obliged to inform Sercair.com before dispatching the product for return.

Section 8

Customers can send products under warranty to technical service during the warranty period. (Warranty periods may vary depending on the products.)

Products under warranty can only be repaired or replaced with a new one; cash refunds are not possible. The shipping costs for the product sent under warranty are covered by the customer. However, the shipping costs for the repaired/renewed product are covered by sercair.com.
